With $1.6 million in revenues through 6/30/98, if NCT loses this case they are in bad, bad shape. But if they win........ I don't know whether the gamble is worth it as an investor. I wonder what the time frame is for the process to take place. Maybe a lot of dd right before the matter is to be decided might be worthwhile for a potential grand slam. Wouldn't touch it now though. Parrella had said $31.5 in revenues needed to fund 1998 operations - quite a shortfall, especially with the float.
