>>>In a very short time you will understand the mistake you have made.<<<

Just how many times are you going to tell others on this thread this BS?......I mean, come on now.....it is really getting very tiresome. Do you really believe that little AZNT is the biggest deal that the DTC has ever dealt with before. I would be surprised if they are even aware of it at this time (at the middle/top management level).

Well I have to agree with you here, Anti. The DTC doesn't really know who they're dealing with&#151after all&#151hey, it's Mike Slyver, of all people! When they figure that out, they'll be docile as kittens.

And that stuff about the FDA is no big deal. Sure, maybe Amazon really can't cure everything they claim (which is a lot), but they should still have the right to say so. After all, those FDA guys are just a bunch of second-rate chem engineers who couldn't make it in the real world. This is the First Amendment we're talking about!

The big contracts with Sweet Factory and Monsanto shouldn't be a big deal. I mean, so what if Sweet Factory and Monsanto have no intention of doing business with AZNT. They will some day! AZNT is just being prepared for the inevitable big deals.

These bashers worry so much about the financials. I think that's silly. Really&#151what's a few million shares between friends and relatives. Revenues, Schmevenues&#151AZNT is making a fast track toward positive growth. Every mile begins with a single footstep!

Who cares if there really isn't an exclusive export agreement?! I mean, Mikey didn't really lie about it&#151it's just a work in progress. Same with the retail stores in every mall. These bashers have no patience!

Too much of an issue has been made about the SF MM, as well. What the bashers don't understand is that he's the one guy who really knows the truth! Forget about those other seven who are trying to hold it down around 60&#162. They must be colluding with all the other nays. It's a big conspiracy, I tell ya&#151bigger than Elvis and the Kennedys. I hear Mikey has Oliver Stone salivating over the movie rights. Betcha they get Barney Rubble for the lead CEO role. Can you believe it?! Barney Rubble&#151&#151what an actor! Oscars, here we come!

I'll see you at $20 bux with this thing&#151easy money!

Bill, this stock is it!

Sure is, lolololol!

So their lead MM jumped ship yesterday, so what, right? Have you stopped to ask yourself why Baron Chase dropped the stock?

The fact that the hearing was delayed for the DTC attorneys to read through the motions does not mean AZNT is through for any means.

You guys are the ones making a big deal of this. It's perfectly normal.

AZNT has the upper hand here and agrees with the Judges decision to allow the DTC to go over the motions. The DTC has never had this type of pressure on them before. They are now realizing the severe situation they have found themselves in.

I see you're back in Fantasyland. I very much doubt that the DTC feels "pressured". "Annoyed", probably. I suspect they're wondering whether suing the company--as they've suggested they might do--is worth the trouble, given the fact that AZNT doesn't actually have any money.

Once again: read the transcript of the injunction hearing. AZNT does't have the upper hand at all. In my view Mike Sylver was a fool--a really BIG fool--to bring this suit in the first place, and by taking on the DTC he's only making things worse.
