Okay Savant, would you rather that NCII issue more shares and dilute the value of your stock or have Mr. Norris sell Intel or Lucent some of his warrants/options (that convert to an offal lot of shares) and treat the transaction as an investment by Intel or Lucent and a loan from Mr. Norris. If this is legally possible, I think this would be the most fair approach to raising funds and protecting the shareholders value. Remember we still have 3 million shares (2.5%) that have not been promised as part of some convertible instrument.
