I'll check. I have limited experience with civil cases and it seems like it all depends on the settlement. Usually when the plaintiff wins they get court costs not the defendant, but don't take this as the gospel. Time out... I just called and IR states the plaintiffs in the case have few or no assets so the answer is no. By the way, about 90,000 shares bought back so far. MJS
