Julius:

When you said, "Always use stops", assume that you mean mental stops.
As far as I know there's no institutional method of stop usage in Fidelity's system for Select funds?

TA sounds good for many single issues in my observation but when two large players like Netscape and AOL suddenly announce earthshaking events, wouldn't that throw out all preconceived number formulations even causing the whole sector to change direction radically up or down as the case might be? The volatile players in the High Tech industry seem to run in tandam with any sudden break of a major CO or two as in a chain reaction similarly to two footbal teams evenly battling it out but suddenly one gets momentum and the game produces a big winner going away.

FINALLY, my NOVL is moving into the black from years of dormancy.
