Is the Trilon loan agreement part of the public record? I thought that RYO traded on the AMEX but I can't find any filings with EDGAR. Can anybody help?

...continuity versus a reorg.

Kemess is a mine not a Walt Disiny or a General Electric. So I think another operator could fill present management's shoes.

If and when Royal Oak stumbles Trilon will take Kemess as previously agreed in the Trilon Royal Oak loan agreement that took so long to close.

The only other entity to receive anything will be the B.C. government in the form of environmental liabilities.
