Recycle; For someone that owns over 100k shares of MSHE, why would you go out of your way to post bad news? Just curious! I had come across the same article a couple of weeks ago and didn't think too much of it because, first of all, it was almost a year old and secondly, again, MSHE/AGE are needing the merger to finalize before anything can be released. The article speaks of a re-release of her older works and MSHE may not have been ready to produce and promote her collection, at that time. The T.G.Sheppard promotion was starting to gain momentum, then, and the merger soon came into play. Looking into the web site of MSHE, here is a paragraph from Denny Diante's profile: <<During his distinguished career, Mr. Diante functioned directly as record producer for many artists including: Elton John, B.B. King, Johnny Mathis, Paul Anka, and Ike & Tina Turner, The Grateful Dead, Barbara Streisand, Bobby Brown, Billy Withers, Sheena Easton, Boston, and Neil Diamond. He was the winner of the 1996 Cable Ace Award. Denny Diante is clearly a highly recognized and respected leader in the record industry.>> A lawsuit used to get out of a contract would not be unusual to get out of anything in the business world. I'm sure our gifted Entertainment specialists have seen it all, in their many years of personal successes. I could not find anything else on this particular issue and I would have to assume it has been dealt with and everyone has gone on with their lives. Just MHO. Kip, you are so funny! This merger is such a huge undertaking that I think Mr. Maerz has done what he can, at this time, to appease some of the concerns of the boards and shareholders. Again, just MHO. SIS
