This is not a high tech start-up where initial research plays a key role, nor is it an industry with high start-up costs such as plant & equipment. They simply have to make a margin over the cost of goods and reasonable overhead. It appears they either don't know the costs of their products, or some overhead component is being supported that the company cannot afford to maintain. There ought to be a law...........

Shareholders meeting but no mention of this on the IR page of their web site? Once again, not very professional. Why are we voting if Arif has the majority of the shares. Any chance part of his shares will vote against him? I didn't think so.
