OK people here's the bottom line...I had a loooong brass tacks talk with Bill. TRC wants to do this deal no matter what..they need this deal as bad if not more than Harvest does...the ONLY way this deal won't happen is if the stockholders vote it down OR a better deal comes around...if the deal would were to be called off Harvest would get the 4 mill in escrow and most likely the entire six...hmmm do the math on that one...Magnum a financial relations outfit in Los Angeles is online as of yesterday and Bill is heading up this aspect of the deal also another FR outfit on Long Island will most likely be involved as well...this deal is a win/win situation..IMHOIt will be close but the proxy will go out next month barring the SEC...the proxies will be printed and mailed hopefully next week...any questions?
