Ahmad, How many shares do they have if you count their options? I don't know what either of their net worths are but to come up with $135,000.00 when they already have stock options is in my book a significant vote of confidence. Again, what I would like to see is other insiders buying. Also, how long will the good employees stay with PTEC if they can walk across the street and get a job with a company whose stock is going up. Jack has a serious problem on his hands and the solution is so obvious that I have to believe PTEC will have a significant stock buy back as soon as the waiting period is over. What I don't understand is why he just doesn't come out and say it and as Jules has pointed out a number of times give us a road map. jd
