If you listened to Gruders response on the conference call regarding his purchases I doubt that you would be speculating that he is buying. He stated that his purchases were in the neighborhood of $10K and became real defensive with his answer, going so far as to state I only take XX amount of dollars in salary (the exact number escapes me). Bottom line, Gruder has plenty of shares already and his future is tied directly to the company. If he was dumping large amounts of stock it would be a concern, I would rather see other executives at ALYD buying shares. Just like all investors, for Gruder to take every dollar he has and put them into this one company, he would be foolish. Ed
