Dear Judd: I am a consumer too, and I look forward to having the Netscape Browser. Are you an AOL subscriber? If you are you surely must have noticed the limitations of their current default browser. jdn

Duh..it's hard to compete with a company with a monopoly on the desktop. That's the problem.

From what I understand, and anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, AOL has a CONTRACT to use the IE browser for another couple of months. I assume, after that, it will change. You see, we have a legal system that requires corporations to honor contracts they sign.What a drag.

I think the people who have believed for so long that MSFT would rule the roost forever, and therefore buying the stock was a no-brainer are having trouble understanding that this may not be so. Also, Gates etal. alienated so many in Silicon Valley that they will do anything to make it change.
