NEW YORK, Nov 24 (Reuters) - The Conference Board said Tuesday its consumer confidence index jumped 6.7 points in November to 126.0 from a revised 119.3 in October, reversing four consecutive months of decline.

Rising optimism about the future drove the index higher, The Conference Board said.

The report's expectations index rose to 99.5 from a revised October reading of 88.7. The present situation index also increased, rising to 165.7 in November from a revised 165.2.
