Replies to Walter's 1604 & 1606 Your suggestions that Mr. Norris convert stock options to common and then sell the common to Intel and give or loan those monies to NCII would neither solve the need for working capital or provide any long term financing options for the company. It also overlooks the fact that he's already pledged $2 million dollars worth of stock in ATC as collateral for an earlier financing. It is easy to assume that any future placement of treasury stock will be done at this current low share price. Hopefully, an ongoing Lanier revenue stream and new contracts for Intel and Lucent will push this stock's share price higher, permitting a much lesser amount of stock eventually to be issued.
