tonto guy you must understand that federal court has decided about andy mann & this stock. andy mann try but is unsuccessful bringing case again to state court. you see federal court takes precedence over state court. so as for matter of "2 million shares" & all stock in question , federal court has already decided this in favor of aznt & andy mann is unsuccessful bring case up again in state court. as for dtc i ask you same question. why will dtc not lift these freeze without aznt going to court to extend injunction & restraining order to dtc. what do you think? spider
