Walt, All... Primeco holiday marketing push.

With BestBuy, Circuit City, and Office Depot on board, and a $99 price point, Primeco should move an awful lot of QCOM phones in the next 30 days. They have a very good radio spot running in my local market right now that mentions Qualcomm three or four times.

PrimeCo Reveals Latest Evolution In
Wireless Revolution; All-In-One Affordable Wireless
Starter Kit Lets Consumers Grab and Gab

DALLAS, Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- PrimeCo Personal Communications, L.P., the upstart
company that makes buying wireless phone service simple, today unveiled its most
consumer-friendly offer to date, just in time for holiday gift giving. PrimeCo's Bonus Pack, an
all-in-one 'wireless starter kit' includes a digital wireless phone, two battery chargers -- one for use
at home and one for use in the car -- and a service card with 200 Bonus Anytime Minutes(SM) of
airtime.

''Wireless phones make it easier for people to handle life on the go,'' said Mike Lanman, director of
sales for PrimeCo. ''During the holiday rush, convenience is at a premium, so PrimeCo put
everything you need to 'go wireless' in one box. And the affordable price guarantees this will be one
of the most popular stocking stuffers of the season.'' ($99)

The wireless starter kit features the new QUALCOMM QCP-1920™ digital PCS phone, with a
large, easy-to-read 5-line LED display, a customizable phone book and speed-dialing capabilities.
The phone stores up to 99 phone numbers and weighs in at less than 7 ounces. The phone's shuttle
dial provides fast and easy access to stored phone numbers, call log history, and various menu
features. In addition, the lithium ion battery delivers 4 hours talk time and 60 standby hours.

Customers can activate the phone over the air in less than 10 minutes using a special-digit dial
feature (*228), which automatically assigns a telephone number. The free 200 Bonus Anytime
Minutes of airtime is an instant credit and remains in effect until the minutes are depleted.

PrimeCo customers will also enjoy all the jingle bells and reindeer whistles that come included in
their basic phone service, such as first inbound minute free, Voice Mail, Check Billing, Call Waiting,
Caller ID, and tollfree in-state calls.

PrimeCo's wireless starter kit is currently available at all PrimeCo stores and kiosks, national
retailers like Best Buy, Circuit City, and Office Depot, and through the company's sales line,
800-PRIMECO(SM).
