To follow on a minute-to-minute basis the intricate details of a company such as AMAT, is a mug's game, IMO. Mainly because relative to the overall market, the lush details simply don't matter in terms of projecting price moves. Now for entertainment value...that's something else. People seem to enjoy discussing and arguing the details.

Not just AMAT, but many tech companies are followed that way at SI. It makes no sense to me outside the realm of entertainment.
