It appears that the judge recognizes the fact that all alleged parties must be included before any action can take place. Then it gets down to deciding who is telling the truth for a decision to be made, and the strength of any decision shall be based on the credibility of the witnesses. We will see in the courtroom, documents justifying each position, the questioning of the integrity of each others documents, the review of all cash flows in and out of specific accounts... and I believe that strong cases may be made to show that both Sylver and Mann may be liars. I expect one of the first questions asked of Sylver will be, what pharmaceuticals does AZNT manufacture, and where? I was unaware the company is involved in pharmaceuticals as it had never been mentioned before Sylver testified as far as I know. I would imagine they will ask basic follow up questions regarding some of his previous testimony before they really question the agreement and transaction between parties.
