Lots of people (me included) are making all sorts of plans to fly off and visit family. Today may be last day lots of people have time to make a trade, so maybe they are taking profits off the table. Maybe we have to wait till next monday for the market to "get back to work". OTOH, friday may be good day for bargain hunting. It will be interesting to see how many bargain hunters there are. This will be an indication of the strength of the market. Looks like the market in general is going down. Breadth is also very weak. joe
