Could someone address Spider's assertion that Reg S stock cannot be paid for with other stock. Is this true or not?

I don't know. Reg-S stock must be sold outside the country, to non-US residents. But since Mike never filed this private placement with the SEC--that's supposed to be done within ten days of the stock being issued--the point is perhaps moot.

I don't know myself but after all of the lies that he has been caught in I tend to not believe anything he says unless he provides some corroboration other than "Mikey told me" which seems to be his main source of information, or maybe I should say misinformation.

I think if you believe the opposite what he says you will be better informed than listening to the stuff that has been spoon fed to him.

It has been pointed out that no Reg S placement was registered so as Janice says it may be a moot point legally. The question in my mind is what agreement Mann and Sylver had regarding payment. If Mann was allowed to "purchase" stock for .25, well below the market price at the time, and he and Sylver were going to split the profits of the sale of that stock, would Back and Neck stock have been the agreed upon "currency" used to return the profits to Sylver ? Of course this is just speculation.. <g>
