$200,000 convertible debenture Rock Resources Inc RKR Shares issued 14,600,075 Nov 23 close $0.16 Tue 24 Nov 98 News Release Mr. Thomas Kennedy reports Rock Resources has negotiated a private placement financing for gross proceeds of $200,000, comprised of a $200,000 convertible debenture which has a conversion feature allowing conversion into units at 15 cents per unit in the first year and 20 cents per unit in the second. Each unit is comprised of one share and one two year warrant to purchase one additional share at 15 cents during the first year and 20 cents during the second year. The proceeds will be used for continuing exploration with respect to the company's Chilean mineral property, general working capital and payment of current obligations.
