I not saying they are going to sell. Just that I believe their waiting period is over. They have losses as a company and they use money to help other up starts. WCAP is a good company, but it is also a technology incubator.

You should also look at DRIV/TSQD relationship and see why TSQD don't represent what it owns in DRIV. Might be similar to COOL/WCAP. Famous TM quote: "Not Guaranteed"
