His comment not elegantly worded ... but essentially correct.

SA is Joe's club, this is Joe's thread. It is up to Joe to decide when to release his picks to the general public. There have been times when he has suggested to paying members that they accumulate a particular stock on dips, and he has not posted that advice here. Why don't you join SA?
