Point taken Jesse..but still grade much lower with this factored in. And again ACA changes the yardsticks. Now 1.2mm cutoff..in Merlin they stayed with 0.8mm through the bulk samples. who wants to bet the DMS plant remains in the alleged category?. Regards DJ

Hi Jesse and Gang,

The cutoff of 1.2mm was noted but also the quote:

"...The effective grade of 11.78 carats per 100 tonnes is considered disappointing, and indicates that kimberlite K-14 would be unlikely to support an economically viable mining operation."

I think we can kiss another promising pipe goodbye.

There are plenty of new pipes out there but I don't feel we will get the reaction we got when ACA announced good counts. People, I feel, don't really believe the low costs for production in comparison to the NWT. They will continue to want to see NWT-type counts.

Remember gang that a completely different diamondiferous field has been discovered in Alberta (re:MEO). ACA is/will be drilling targets on that same fault. The play isn't dead...what you have is a wounded tiger with a lot of fight left!!!

It has been tough!!!!

See ya'll in the Bahamas yet!!!!

Frank K

Maybe we should have been told, or I guess we should have known about the increase in cut-off grade.
Seems they change the rules every time they take a larger sampling. Wonder where these rules are?

I agree with your outlook Jesse.

The down turn today is likely temporary. Tomorrow is another day. If we understand that the ADP is a developing play we should not loose heart now but take this opportunity to by low and sell high. I have bought into the long term prospects of a diamond mine in Alberta. I am not selling now but buying. Highest pessimism is opportunity for best value.

The long term potential of this play has only changed slightly. We don't see K 14 as having much hope. So on with the other pipes. There are quite a few yet to test and likely quite a few not yet discovered. Maybe something will come from ACA, maybe from MMU or perhaps MEO or TYR. Who knows. Interesting to note there has been no weakness in MMU today in spite of the other ADP members taking a hit. Must be viewed as a different segment of the play. I like that.

Keeps hope alive. Where there is hope there is a will. Where there is a will there is..."a relative". ggg
