I have to agree with John, the only experience I have had with class actions is meaningless. You know, you receive a letter in the mail naming you as a participant and your piece of the pie is a $10 off coupon for any scheduled service over $200, or something like that. I actually got one from Sprint the other day. It was a $20 dollar calling card, should I elect to participate. Wow. Be still my beating heart. The best we could do, should there be any lawyers out there that would even consider the work (as it would most likely be pro bono), would be to get our trade commissions refunded. And you know, at this point........ Hey, like the title says "Big Gains, Little Risk!"
