Glenn,
WCAP has just under 10% (1.7 MIl) of COOL outstanding shares(22 mil). They do have 1.7 million shares from what has been posted and claimed verified. I'm just tossing this out to hopefully help evaluate the price of WCAP versus COOL. Seems to me the posts are only addressing the Cool float of 4 million versus the WCAP holding of 1.7 million and this is the origin of the 30% valuation of WCAP versus COOL.

I may be totally wrong on this, but it something to think about.
