I agree with you. For the last push money will continue to flow into the big caps and internuts for the climax. RUT has had its day in the sunshine.

I noticed that the transports and fiancials were up this morning while the rest were taking a breather before the final assualt.

You're right, today wasn't a re-distribution to small caps but
a broad-based price decrement - as evidenced by my portfolio!
Somehow the RUT is down only -.23% but my rather diverse collection is uniformly down. Thankfully the issues I'm short also were decremented (not enough) but my small-cap longs will have to wait. Meanwhile an Arab asked me this morning if I wanted to fill-up, free.

Instead of having two markets, big-cap and small-cap, we should add the third market decoupled from either of these, the MAD-caps.
