Does anybody know if US West has been a Nortel customer before this new order of pay phone equipment? I was under the impression that US West was firmly in the Cisco and Lucent camps.

I think Dave House understands your problem. I'm counting on him to fix it. I was close to Dave's taking over at Bay. He did a fantastic job in solidifying the Company. I know he got bad press but it was not deserved. Hold on I'm sure it will get better.
