I asked MEO what their take on this was. Basically Thomas said that they were feeling like they were following a Winabago up a steep windy hill and they would have been happy if ACA sped up OR pulled over. It appears that they pulled over so MEO can pass. The only thing that they were afraid of was if ACA had been wishy-washy in their NR - which they weren't. JP

Denis....

Seems to me that a material change is not fact until the Co. decides it's fact, whether it's material change or not, they can hold for a long time and simply say that they are re-evaluating the results to be sure and still take forever. Lotsa ways to get around it and this is just one.

Yep...This tactic is pulled lots of times by "slick, oily outfits".....But the end result usually is that they never really had anything that would have resulted in "material change" to their operations in the first place...For the most part, it would be quite difficult for most companies to keep the lid on any significant discovery for any appreciable length of time...

You would expect that any outfit which has any serious amount of credibility and who is interested in maintaining same would never resort to that sort of tactic...For, if they did, they would eventually end up in the same category as any other "slick, oily outfit"...!!!

Have a good one...

Regards....Ray

P.S....Happy Thanksgiving to our friends south of the 49th and also to those who find themselves north of the 60th...
