The boxed version comes with its own very nice heatsink and fan. This is the main reason I go with boxed celerons: the price difference between those and the OEM versions is the same or less than a decent add-on fan/heatsink combo, and this saves me the install hassle. The CPU fan even connects directly to the BH6 with a supplied cable. The warranty and supposed OC'ability is a bonus.

I don't know if abit makes a dual CPU board, but I do know that getting two celerons to run on any dual board requires some serious tweaking. I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't mind spending time "under the hood" AND you're fairly price sensitive with respect to equipment (if the latter isn't true, one could just buy 2 regular PIIs.
