I was being flippant. I wish I had some magic for calling the top, but I don't. I don't blame you guys for trying. It just seems like there are so many variables. I do enjoy reading your posts, though.

Keep on keeping on. Hope you are right about the top on the S&P. I've been short the Spyders and CLX for a couple of weeks. Still have some powder, but I'm waiting before deploying any more troops for a little while ...

I am getting the feeling that this immediate dip could get into the 100-200 range, but not much more over the next few days. Then a quick upswing during the first week of DEC, for the end of month rally/window dressing. If we do now dip 100-200 and if the rebound forms a mini-double top then I feel that the next downswing near the 2nd week of DEC could be a more significant pullback in the 5%+ range.

If that is all for this dip, then we are just heading higher.
