V,
<<<<If an AMEX listing is (was) imminent, why would DCTC merge with Wavetech, a company with almost no employees and a product for which they have been entirely unable to develop a market?>>>>

When the agreement was signed several months back to merge with Wavetech no listing was imminent. As I posted a week ago, Wavetech will receive the support it needs to successfully market their products. DCI will gain a value-added card to add to its product line and be able to sell more minutes. DCI will be able to roll-out some of Wavetechs contracts, including Diners Club/en Route, Delta hotels & Resorts, Pacific Image Communications and ShipTel

Best Regards
