Someone always buys at every price. If they didn't the price would be zero.

This stock has already been below 1 once this year, and no amount of chart reading (or wishful thinking) is going to change the fundamentals that affect whether it will go below 1 or worse again. Seems to me the only things that matter are:

- how fast is this company burning up cash?

- how long can the cash it has (on hand, and in credit) keep it afloat?

- what are the chances that market conditions will change in time to save the company?

- can the company sell anything to keep itself afloat without ruining its long term prospects?

I don't know the answers to any of those questions, but there's the chance at least that the market's opinions about the answers to them are reflected in the price. And (hey! call me crazy!) there's a chance the market is correct.
