cnbs just reported that the short interest ratio on the s&p is the lowest since 1992: 4.25.

Earlier I noticed some weakness in the BKX, but that did not follow-thru. I still have a CLASS SELL on them with the buy-in time as tomorrow's highs.

There is still a chance that we could see this dip get into the 100-200 DOW point range, but if the DOW closes in positive territory, that may be all for this dip.

As I mentioned before, when I got this sort of sell signal during the strong runup in the spring, there was one time that the pullback was good for only 75 intraday DOW points.

I believe the key to whether this dip is over is whether the DOW closes positive or not.
