When the questions posed go unanswered about the CEO's testimony, it highlights the severe problems that exist. What a position for shareholders to be in... Great day so far for the stock.

who shorts andy manns stolen stock? charlies stolen stock? zaparas stolen stock? Spidey? How did all these people manage to "steal" stock from AZNT? As I've said before, I find it extremely funny that you guys keep asking: where did XYZ get those 50 zillion unregistered shares? Well, where do you THINK? There's only one possibility. who must cover once stock is returned? IF the stock in question is merely placed in the custody of the court as the result of an interpleader, NO ONE. real company has nothing to fear in long term from penny stock bashers. For once you're right on target. now we see claims that try to say aznt should take responsibilty for crimes of those who steal stock from them. THE COURT: And I don't get the feeling that the 18 plaintiff is not without some level of culpability here as 19 well. You should know that. Not I who said it... (And P.S.: you left out Errol....)
