Scrapps: I have had various sized positions in this company for many months (maybe years) and it has been a very cyclical beast for a growth stock. The company is very secretive about what it is doing and has won a few tenders by low balling and hoping to develop economies of scale in the future. Hence their op. margins are presently negative with the hope of going positive in 1st qrtr. 99. If they don't get their costs down success will kill them and if they don't keep expanding they will surely die. This is a tough one. tech is competitive with others in the field. I too don't know what the latest downer is allabout but that is par for the course with mystery stock. A lot of stuff goes on gets passed on to NY weeks later. JFD
