With all the dumping, NCI stock could have gone to .03 already....
however, as Scott says, and I have to agree, someone has been buying...slowly gobbling up the dumped shares... when the dumping
stops, the price can rise

I've seen 400 shares sold @ .058 when the last trade was .065. I thought that the trader was either trying to manipulate the stock or a complete moron. I seriously doubt that an MM would bother selling a block of 100.
