Tenchusatsu, I'm sure Intel will be interested in knowing that their @Home investment is putting out a product with weaknesses.

Unless the cable companies get off their collective butts and eliminate the weaknesses of the cable modem, I sure wouldn't put my money on cable-based set-top boxes.

I felt the same way until about 2 months ago when I got a real education on what the cable guys are up to. You need to do a little digging, I predict you will revise your thinking. They are much smarter and faster moving than I would have given them credit for.
