This appears to be the pattern of the bald one - then when the price rises he is
all for TSIG until the price starts dropping(at which point be probably sold for
a profit) and will beat TSIG to death until it comes down enough for him to buy
back in. When the train leaves the station ..........

The price of the stock is simply trading. The result of waiting for the impending news that will take TSIG to the next level/s is apparently to much for some traders who live by trading. They must sell right before they make the big gains. It is almost like they would not know what to do with a big success. They probably have a long list of those stocks they were in that they wish they had held for a while longer.
