Notice how quiet the hype flacks are here?

Personally I think they all have to call up the brokerage houses and pr companies that employ them to post here to ask what the spin is for tomorrow. No word yet fellas?

Don't want to antagonize your employers?

Or conversely, haven't got a clue?

Or is the party over. Those shorts today wouldn't be the dear friends of Mr. Smart!

===============================

"The results may not be as bullish as they first appear, however. Sales of core networking products increased only 8% from the year-ago period, despite the release of Netware5 and the fact that top competitor Microsoft Corp. has not issued a new version of its Windows NT network operating system in more than two years. Asked about Netware's market share, compared with NT, Mr. Schmidt said, "I would guess we're holding share.
In the long term, Novell is placing more of its bets on its networking-application products, which help companies manage vast
computer networks. Novell's applications can work with its own working software, with Windows NT, or with the Unix operating system." -WSJ

Doesn't sound like the Netware beat Nt line does it flacks!

"That's kind of the future of the company," said Richard Sherlund, an
analyst for Goldman, Sachs & Co. "I don't think you build this company in
the future on Netware."

So what do you build the future of the company on?
