ACMI - forget it.

Without further details I best guess calculate the possibility that the deal may only be adding 0.50/share to the book value of the company.

It could be a lot more or it could also be reducing the book value, but since I don't know what they are giving up it is hard to say.

Also the microbiology division is their main source of revenue, the cytopathology revenues are insignificant.

Wasted enough time on this one, off to do some screening.
