why do you think dtc will not lift freeze janice dear? Because Mikey is attempting to orchestrate a short squeeze, and the DTC feels that's wrong. Only a guess, mind you. But: 1. Let's not forget about those 2 million shares that Mikey released to Andy on 4 May. As noted, I don't think he can possibly get round that one. He signed the letter of opinion. As I've said so tiresomely often: scripta manent. 2. Let's also not forget that the stock in question has changed hands many, many times since Mikey originally issued it. Who can prove that what the DTC holds is actually the stock Mann was issued? This is a crucial point, and will, I think be a determining one. You need to talk to someone who understands these things, Spidey. Mikey On the Law is not exactly Oliver Wendell Holmes.
