My read on the charts is as follows.
If we open lower than today's low, than the tide has turned and we should get out.
On the other hand, if we hold today's levels, then we are poised to challenge 42 and possibly higher.

NN announces results today, beat expectations, they were down 4% today, as XYLN was and CIEN, so they all were up together and all down together.

NN will be up tomorrow, and they had positive comments about their business. They will lift the group tomorrow.

I don't like the conclusion reached, but there it is: I think we'll be going lower tomorrow because of the close below 40.
