re indirectly held share Sounds reasonable. Thank you. Also, I imagine you read Chuz' un-ease with the stock options system since it obviously dilutes shareholder's values. I know msft does a lot of this too, are there better alternatives for bonuses? Although, must agree with Chuz that the pay seems excessive. Seems like I remember a lot of flack that Japanese companies gave U.S. companies a couple of years ago for bloated compensation of corporate officers (in their opinion.) Freeus

OTOT Welcome back Three, great to hear from you. Tomorrow I will zip down to Houston to spend the holiday with a group which includes 1 Science fiction writer(Ex texaco) 5 Computer scientists and one biologist One works for Bmcs, one for Origin(PHG of Holland ), one for Videocom of England, two for Geac. Its no good asking me any questions about those companies, because I wouldn't understand half of what was said. So I will discuss trees, and gardens, look at the aquariums, play with the cats,eat the food, and avoid stepping on the kids. Keep the Web stocks rolling and have a good Holiday all. Sig
