Well gee David, are we surprised? After all there was no legal governing authority...of course it was so convenient for Justice to wait until after the November elections.....We all know how, according to the Dems, campaign finance reform is such a big issue with the voters....

Perfect. Don't investigate for anything substantive like campaign finance violations. But when it comes to sex and lies, put the pedal to the metal.

David, just a note. According to you, when Reno authorized Starr's expansion of the Whitewater investigation, she was doing her job in a nonpartisan way. But all of a sudden she turns into a partisan agent because she won't authorize an IC for Gore fund-raising. That's inconsistent.

But Hey, ''We will continue to vigorously investigate all allegations of [REPUBLICAN]illegal activity.''

Which means, there will be NOTHING TO INVESTIGATE, since Republicans never indulge in any kind of illegal activity! ;-) ;-)
