It is very dificult to throw someone off the board. It takes time, organization, and a few bucks. I'll donate to the cause. First step is to get our displeasure to him and all other officer and directors. Remember he controls many shares and will be tough to unload but the attempt gets the message out to all. One like that is 1 too many on a small cap.
