I just checked and still no entry at Edgar's for EDII... although I might add that they are 2 days behind (me)... The last entries (currently) on Edgar's show companies that filed on the 23rd. Seems that Edgar's is not visited in the middle of the night by a group of elves updating records. It appears that it takes at least 24 hours before the information is posted for public viewing. This leads me to conclude that posting information on Edgar's is NOT quite as spontaneous as some on this thread have suggested. [wonder who's little fingers I get to whap with that ruler?] colleen....and STILL keeper of the (real) truth
