Merrill Lynch was looking for .18 and top line revenue of $460-465. Good news is we hit the profit number but a little shy on revenue. Margin therefore increased somewhat over what they were looking for. Since this is a challenging quarter I look to the conference call to give a direction for tomorrow. Good luck. Rob

Doug: The reason is, margins were unchanged from Q1, but this was expected. If you look at the overall picture, it is quite positive. Lots of improvements on the balance sheet but the most important thing is to look forward, the market rewards progress, not past performance.

It's clear that NN has turned the corner and the future is looking brighter. They also have close to $800 million in the bank, inventories are declining, accounts receivables show an improvement and all divisions performed better on a revenue basis. One big positive surprise was that they were able to increase sales to Asia in this quarter. The stock will continue its climb.
