Jim Cramer (thestreet.com) noted late today that there were rumors
on the street that the FED may raise margin requirements on the internet stocks. Cramer noted that one of his traders remembers
the FED raised margin requirements on Resorts International when the
stock was hot. Cramer thinks the rumors are too convenient for the
shorters and he does not think the FED will move on the margin requirements for the internet stocks.
