Doug: I read the ML report and the analyst said we should expect a difficult quarter. As such, I had expected results to be worse, but in fact, this is a pleasant surprise. The same analyst stated that we should concern ourselves more with the second half of fiscal '99, as that was where we could expect a marked improvement. He also stated that results would probably meet expectations for this quarter, so even he wasn't taking anything for granted. This will relieve the uncertainty.
